Questions venues ask before they book.

For clubs, lounges, hotels, restaurants and event organisers planning a night with dancers and show performers in Morocco, the UAE or the UK.

Planning the show

What is included in a complete show?
Casting, choreography, wardrobe and set times, handled together, so you book a finished night rather than a list of names. Every cast is put together for your event and rehearsed before it works your floor. With Show Production we also plan the running order and lighting notes, and a producer runs the night on site. For shows away from the performers’ home cities, our team arranges their flights, transport and accommodation.
What is the difference between floor dancers and stage performers?
Our nightclub dancers work the floor and the podiums from doors to last call, paced to the crowd rather than a fixed setlist. A stage act performs a set piece and leaves. A night can combine both: a rotating cast that keeps the room moving, with choreographed moments and specialty acts at the peak of the night.
How is a dinner show timed with the service?
The running order and set times are planned as part of the show, around the moments of your evening, so performances fit around the service instead of competing with it. With Show Production a producer on the floor keeps the running order on time through the night.
Can you build a show around our venue, theme or music?
That is how we work. Choreography is created for your event, your music and your crowd, then taught and rehearsed before opening night. With Show Production we also handle the running order, wardrobe and lighting notes, so the show fits your concept.
Do you offer residencies and recurring nights?
Yes. Book a single night, a special event such as New Year’s Eve, or a residency on fixed nights through the season. Residencies keep a consistent cast, and we refresh the routines so regulars see something new.

Choosing an agency

What should a venue check before booking dancers for recurring nights?
Ask whether the cast is rehearsed for your space before the first night, whether the same performers return each week, how often routines change, who runs the night on site, and who handles travel and accommodation. At La Belle Shows the answer to each is part of the booking: rehearsed casts, a consistent residency team, refreshed routines and a producer when you book Show Production.
How do I compare entertainment agencies or dinner show producers?
Compare what you actually receive: a finished show or a list of performers, rehearsal before opening night, choreography made for your event, wardrobe, set times and someone in charge on the night. Then look at their recent shows and ask to see the performers proposed for your date.
Can we see the performers before we book?
Yes. Once we know your night, we send you a private shortlist page with the performers we suggest, including their photos, styles and availability. You can also watch our recent shows on Instagram at @labelleshows.

Booking

How do I book a show?
Start a booking on our Work with us page: tell us the kind of event, the date and the expected guests, or book a call. You can also email book@labelleshows.com. We then come back to you to talk through the night and send a proposal.
Where do you run shows?
Across Morocco, the UAE and the UK: clubs, lounges, hotels, private events and dinner shows. For shows away from the performers’ home cities, our team arranges their flights, transport and accommodation.
How much does it cost to book dancers?
Every show is quoted for its event: the size of the cast, the format, the number of nights and any travel. Tell us about the night on our Work with us page and we send you a proposal.
